The Tsaesci which are another creature of the hist, though its said they have no birth sign so what are they?

aldmer-orc
chimer-dunmer
mer/man-bretons

jungle elfs with translecent skin ;O
sloads from the coral kingdoms

dwemer (that face sculpter from dawnguard claims to have met them in the plains of oblivion)

are all intresting

i'd say something we havent seen yet, a beast race or something that is one of the sons or daughters of the minor entities that were too entwined in mundus's creation to go back to aetherius (small stars)

maybe

scrib pirates

Yeah. Yokuda was where the Redguards came from. The continent supposedly sunk, which is why they are in Tamriel. Yokudan is just saying that one is from there.

As far as I know, Yokuda still exists....but it's only a few islands instead of a continent.

Tsaesci have nothing to do with the Hist.
Tsaesci is "Snake Palace", once the strongest power in Akavir (before the Tiger-Dragon came). The serpent-folk ate all the Men of Akavir a long time ago, but still kind of look like them. They are tall, beautiful (if frightening), covered in golden scales, and immortal. They enslave the goblins of the surrounding isles, who provide labor and fresh blood.

This is pretty much all that is known about them, even though they have ruled the Empire for four centuries in the Second Era (the Potentate). But they're definitely not related to Argonians. The Akaviri are a special story. If you want to look a bit more into the Tsaesci, their http://www.imperial-library.info/content/tsaesci-creation-myth-and-we-ate-it-become-it is very interesting.

While they are not my favorite race, lore-wise would have to be the Khajiit.

Their history intrigues me the most out of all the other races throughout Tamriel. Even if I know only a little about it.
