I've been using the excellent Lorecraft on this playthrough, basically this mod teaches you the vanilla recipes through books found in the loot tables and also has modular esps that allow for certain recipes from mods to be learned in a similar fasion. Armory of Tamriel on the otherhand, restructures the blacksmith tree and has dozens of new weapons found in loot tables or crafted at a forge. These two mods should be compatible, however I have run into an issue where the books I find from Lorecraft( both vanilla recipes and mod related recipes) fail to activate when I read them. Thus, even though my blacksmith level is 30 and the appropriate level to make things like Iron Armor, Orcish Armor or Steel Armor, I cannot make these items. Now I haven't found the Iron book, so that makes sense. But I have found the books for Orcish and Steel Armor crafting, and have selected the pre-requiste perks, yet I can't craft them. Has anyone found a workaround or are these mods simply incompatible?
