I dont know what happened, im about halfway through the game and ive been playing for 2 days now. I just turned the game on and it asked for my nickname and password, i thought it was weird, typed it in...no resume game. try to load my last game, nothing is there, no profile nothing.

What happened?

Oh i figured it out, who's brilliant idea was it to put the saved data in the my pictures folder?

uh.... by default it saves to c:/users/saved games/Crysis 2. you must have moved it by mistake.

same thing happened to me, i just played 3 hours ago in campaign. I log back in and everything is reset. all the codes and everything. Theres no resume game either. I had to input the codes but for some reason my campaign data is missing? I know I didn't move it.

There is no option to move saves. Last night i was deleting a bunch of pictures and I deleted a saved games folder and when i saw it went "WTF" and didnt think anything of it till today.

your a genius man! i just had to put all the files from my default to my new profile but I had to then put my profile file back into the folder to keep my new profile name. Cant remember if i merged it or just replaced. But it all worked out in the end =)
