Could it be the companion perks causing it?? I am a mage and have had no problems casting, so far, although I hear that the twin souls does not work and you cannot summon 2 of the new ones, although you can summon 2 of the old ones. I do not have that perk yet.

Well, that's what was discussed earlier, so I went back to Apocolibrary and picked a different perk. Came back to reality and nada. So, back to repick the Companion perk and back to reality (I'm getting transfer sick) and still nada.
