Ok, so I clear the radar tower area (sorry, at a loss for the area name). inside one of the satellite dishes is a suit of power armor. I wasn't able to transfer it into my inventory (already in a suit of Power Armor) so I left and went back with a Fusion Core, entered the armor and got it back to my home base. It doesn't show in my inventory when I'm in the suit or when I try to repair it at a repair station. Is it bugged? Am I missing something?

IIRC the power armor at that particular satellite array is only a power armor frame. It doesn't have any of the actual pieces of armor (legs, arms, torso, helmet).
