My g/f wanted to check out this game, so I made a new character for her so that she could play for a bit. After a couple of hours, she quit and I saved in a different file for her. I went to load my game and found that my save was gone. I did a google search on the issue and appearently other people are losing their saves when they make multiple characters. What is up with this? I always loved making multiple characters on elder scrolls games but now I'm limited to one? Has anyone else come up with this problem when they create a new character?

Same here dude, I think you have to make at least two saves...

When it autosaved your girlfriend's game, it probably overwrote the autosave on YOUR character.

yea manual saves are best also some quests will bug out and having a manual save might save your life as autosave can save after the bug
