I've lost sound

I don't have any sound. I disabled all my sound mods and nothing. I reinstalled (deleted local game content and deleted them in program filesx86) still nothing. I'm perplexed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, I get the drums at the intro, but once the menu appears I lose all sound again.
