So I've had Skryim since day one and it's been fine until these last two days. For some reason I'm getting a lot of crash to desktops now, at least 5 or 6 today alone. I'm not sure what's causing it, there's no fps drop or glitches that I noticed, just all of a sudden the entire game will close. Is anyone else having problems with crashes, any solutions?

Try turning your sound quality down to 16 bit 48000 Hz (dvd quality). I had mine at 24 bit 48000 Hz and it would crash every once in a while but that fixed it for me.

DiabloMuerto, I too am having this problem. I have no idea how to fix it, it didn't happen the first day I got the game however from day 2 onwards it happens fairly frequently. I'm just happy for autosaving or I would have lost alot of progress from this ongoing problem.

If I find a solution I will reply again for you, I just thought you'd like to know that you aren't the only one getting these random crashes to desktop.

Same here.... I just started a new character and its already crashed twice.
