I love my Skyrim

Post » Mon May 14, 2012 8:59 am

I love this game, I've been waiting for a long time for it. I've heard about a lot of the bugs and I guess I'm one of the lucky few who only gets the occasional autosave game-freeze. But either than that the game runs great!

But I'm not here to talk about bugs, and I have faith in Bethesda to patch them. I just want to say that Bethesda made one wonderful game, and I see myself putting just as many, or more hours than I did in Oblivion and Morrowind.

My heart goes out to those who have game breaking bugs, and other problems of the sort. I hope Bethesda fixes them so we can all enjoy it the way we were meant to!

Looks like it's you and me pal...

A couple of friends and I are also some of the "chosen few" who aren't having any problems. Like you said, I hope Bethesda fixes it for everyone else quickly, and in the meantime let's try to find some workarounds as a community. Sitting back and starting a thread every time someone's game freezes or lags out isn't helping anyone.

Out of curiosity, how long is your average Skyrim session in one sitting?

I love it too. Runs fine on my PS3 and my 4 year old PC (ultra settings) we must be blessed lol. Shame some people are having major issues, it would be great to see a patch to help em out.

I have come to the conclusion that this is the best game I've ever played, it has everything I want. /cheer

Although my save file is about 5.5mb hasn't hit the dreaded 6mb yet. we will see, but I'm not worried. I'll just keep my hopes up

Same here... I'm not going to say it won't happen, but I'm so close and nothing's changed so far. None of my friends that are playing that are over the 6000kb mark are having any major problems either, although we all have had at least one freeze that required a hard reset.
