I gotta say, and i'm trying to word this so as not to be offensive, but I LOVE the redesign of the Redguards! Instead of generic "black dudes" they seem to really have an exotic culture about them. Kind of like the dark skinned "summer islanders" from Game of Thrones.

Again, I do hope my wording isn't taken offensively; these things can be touchy.

Yep, I'm loving their new look as well. They actually have some culture this time around as opposed to being another generic warrior race with some awesome lore.

When I think of Redguards I think of that black guy in the best defence who looked like a burnt tomato, and his horrible generic Redguard voice. They are miles better now

Varnardo. I think I spelled it right. I DO miss some of the "classic" Bethesda voice actors, but maybe I just haven't run into them yet.

Redguard are very nice this time and all the other races as well huge improvements Bethesda really did a good job with Skyrim and races i mean really

I know what you mean about the Summer Islanders. I was at the race selection screen just checking out each race as I do usually, and had decided to be Dunmer for my first playthrough, but I saw the redguard and I was like 'oh damn, I'm being Jalabhar Xho.' Unfortunately the lore clashes because Redguards are renowned bladesmen whilst Summer Islanders are famous archers, but meh
