I swear...in all my years of gaming (I've been gaming since I was 7, I'm 20 now) I've never seen such heated competition between those joining different factions--not even in MMOs, where faction matters much more. The "competition" between the Legion and Cloak supporters brings a single, manly tear to my eye. :disguise:

And also the the whole die hard racial fans the series is mind blowing. It's amazing how far people would go to defend their races. I've seen a few topics of pure Dunmer vs. Argonians etc.etc.

Legion and cloak are nothing. Dunmer and Argonian wars are epic. The two most popular races with some really devoted fanbases. Add huge conflict between the races when they are already about as mad at each other as you can get in the Lore and Blamo!! Amusemant and epicness....and irritation...lol

I agree, I feel like people take these disputes and really begin to care about them. I hope when I'm playing Skyrim I really do feel a strong connection towards one of the groups, and I have a sneaking suspicion it's gonna be for the Stormcloaks, gotta fight the power right?
