Pick something that you love, and then something that you hate in Skyrim.

(Two or three of each are fine if you really want to burn on a few things.)

I love sitting in a dimly lit place, drinking Nord Mead or Wine, and reading a book.
I love opening a chest and finding a next level piece of armor.
I love decapitations.

I hate quest items staying in my inventory.
I hate random vampire attacks because of Dawnguard.

I love Skyrim itself.
I hate that ash piles don't clean up.
