I am loving this game but I was disappointed to find that they didn't fix a few of the long standing annoyances that have been around forever.

One thing that annoyed me greatly about Morrowind and Oblivion was that the weather disobeyed the laws of physics. It still rains and snows through terrain and statics like they are not there.
While in first person view the player does not have a shadow. With no shadow I am feeling like Gordan Freeman, the bad guy slaughtering camera. When you move you see your hands but looking down and not seeing my feet is still a little jarring.

Other than that I really must say, they outdid themselves this time. This is the first time I have ever used magic for combat in an Elder Scrolls game. I really can't wait to get a hold of the tool kit.
