Hey guys, I'm running the game with everything on ultra and maxed. Though, for some reason, when I'm in the Thieves Guild circular area with the water, I get low fps. This also happens in other spots, but always the same spot (it's not random slowdown, it only slows when I am in those spots). Otherwise I'm getting 60fps. Anyone know what might cause these weird slow downs?

My specs:

Core i7-2600k (oc'd to 5.0ghz)
GTX 590
16gb RAM

I have the same thing, mostly around town and npc and also around water (rivers, lake, etc). Otherwise it's steady 60fps

Same for me. I believe it to be either drivers (needing new ones to be released), performance issues in the game needing patching, or something is bottlenecking.

Either way, it's good to get the problem out there, but hopefully it'll be sorted soon
