Those of us still afflicted with the House/Vault 11 bug now have a way of selling your snow globes. Enter the Lucky 38 casino. You will need to kill Victor so you can gain access to the elevator. The other robots do not matter. Go up to the penthouse and run to the computer terminal under the steps just past House's computer. Avoid firing at any robots along the way. Use the terminal to open up the hidden room. An alarm will sound. Run to the other side of the hidden room and override the security using the terminal. The alarm will still sound but the robots will stop firing. Go see Jane. You can now talk to her and sell her your snow globes.

You are still barred from access to getting the Lucky 38 snow globe though. I haven't found any way yet to get to that floor. Maybe siding with Yesman?

Hopefully this will help some people out. I got 12,000 caps from my snow globes.

Will Bethesda/Obsidian be addressing this issue in another patch? I already understand that the House questline and its associated achievements are out of reach for that character. I'd really like to get that final snow globe though.

EDIT: If this was already posted or discovered I apologize for reposting. I just found this out less than an hour ago while exploring the Lucky 38.

I was able to access the cocktail lounge. I went to Caeser's Fort and began the Render Unto Caeser quest. Once down in the chamber you will run into House. Talk to him and complete his quest. Head back out and go back to the Lucky 38 casino. You will now be able to go to the lounge to get the Lucky 38 snow globe.

Unfortunately, even though talking to house at his place in the Fort activates The House Always Wins II, you will not be able to finish it. The House in the Lucky 38 is still unresponsive.

I hope this was able to help some get around a very serious bug.
