Lumosity- Anyone try it or have any experience with it?

I used it briefly for a couple weeks and didn't really notice anything, but then again it wasn't exactly something i was doing everyday.

Just wondering what other people's experience with this product has been like.

Never heard of it before.

At first I thought you meant "Lumosity" is in "looking at bright lights during winter, or shining your inner ear with a light to refresh your brain".

What is this about?
I don't want to give some webpage my contact information without me knowing exactly what is it.

I found it as an app. But it essentially is one of those games that is supposed to improve brain function. They claim neuroplasticity or some other process helps your brain. They just have you play games. The games were pretty fun.

I don't think it really does anything. It's one of those websites that are used for those fake surveys. You know when you try to watch a "SUPER CRAZY VIDEO" on Facebook, or try to stream free movies online and a message pops up saying to take a survey? Yea, well Lumosity is one of those sites that pop up on surveys, so it's definitely not legit from that standpoint. :P

Yea except I have used it as an app for the Iphone and it has commercials on TV. So there is some credibiltiy. It isn't just some random website. There are a host of little games that are mildly engaging. If it works as advertised than it could be worth the time to try it out.
