I'd take Aela the Huntress over Lydia.

Poor Lydia has yet to leave my Nord's home in Whiterun. All she does is sit in a chiair, overlooking his bed.

My Muiri is better after all the mods I used including NPC editor. Maybe PS3/Xbox Muiri was weak, but not PC.

Oh yea, plus the list was 'hottest' fictional characters, and to me, I used Lydia for my whole PS3 platinum and she gets a little manly.

Fair enough regarding Muri.

Frankly, my character found Lydia's "kickass style" kind of hot.... considering her beauty.
My earliest memory with her was during the 1st lesson @ the college practicing spells. It was my turn, and I forgot she was there.
As I began to practice a spell, I turned and noticed the scowl on her face. Had to timeout & take her to my room for a nap before she cleared the rotunda,
and cost me my seat in the college In my book that's a babe. She's got your back.

I thought she was pretty hot too, but since my first play through was on PS3, I couldn't marry her so I married Muiri, and I was so glad I did. Lydia, like all Nords, was way too tall and her face is way too blocky. She wouldn't put on a dress unless you pickpocketed her armor off, and she would always refer to exchaning items as 'my burdens'. I also had an issue about becoming involved with the help. She might be hot from a master/slave girl perspective, but I prefer a young hot Breton mage who doesn't refer to me as 'My Thane'. I don't know about anyone else, but when Muiri summons a Dremora Lord or ressurects a dead body (NPC editor), it totally turns me on. Hahaha!

They just put her in there arbitrarily because the vast majority of people who have played Skyrim never got any further than Whiterun (and don't really count the random NPCs, at least two of which look better)...
Obviously anyone who has played the game to its fullest extent knows that Lydia is actually rather ugly... and there are many better-looking females in the game.

"LoL that you chose Lydia. Did you only play Skyrim for 2 hours and then quit?"

Lydia has strong support from the sixist Men's Association (SMA) that believes women should just keep their mouth shut and serve, that's why.

I love it when you go to stuff something in her pack, and hear the long-suffering and semi-resentful inflection in her voice... "I AM sworn to bear your burdens..." (you can almost hear the disgusted sigh behind her words... lol).

Indeed. When the title was fictional women I was not expecting to see half of it being real women. I was thinking of characters like Dr. Aki Ross, Liara T'Soni, Bastila, Aela the Huntress, etc... They may as well just drop the fictional part and make it the usual hottest women list period.

Angelina Jolie as Lara Croft was a lot hotter than Angelina Jolie the strange actress that travels the world attempting to complete her 'babies of the world' collection.
