And I don't like it. I thought it might have something to do with my wolf armor so I got rid of it, unloaded everything off of Lydia, deleted old saves, cleared the game data, and nothing is working...I married her and I like her so I want to fix her. On PS3. She is only partially a wolf...and it's sort of transparent so I can still see her but she looks awful. I've seen a few YouTube videos of this glitch but no one seems to know how to fix it. Help appreciated!

Aela probably cut herself in the Underforce, kidnapped Lydia, and forced her drink her Werewolf blood from the Underforge bowl?

I guess she isn't a true werewolf. She doesn't act like one except for her breathing sometimes...maybe that's just her being Lydia...but it's like she has the head and upper torso of a werewolf but her original recipe head is still visible. And furry feet. It's uggggly.

That's exactly what happens to me. After I gave her nice improved elven armor. I can't figure out how to post a picture- new here and on my iPhone.

Not a mod for me at least....I don't know how to do them.

To be fair, my mate, who plays on an xbox like myself, reckons he had this happen to him so I actually believe you without proof. Doesn't help you solve it though :/ Sorry

It's driving me crazy. Right now she has the blade of woe sticking out of her...paw...and it's hard to take her seriously. Plus not NEARLY as cute.

If you look closely you can see the X symbol from the PS3 version, and if this was PC i highly doubt the person who uploaded it wouls capture it with an a cellphone camera.

You can use an Xbox controller on PC and so have the button symbols.

This seems utterly impossible, based on my knowledge of the scripts.

We're in Mzinchaleft. I'm on the verge of dumping her back at Breezehome and taking Mjoll as a follower but I don't know if she pack miles like Lydia...I'm a magpie and pick up everything shiny. She has the blade because I gave it to her with a bunch of other equipment. And yes, I was a werewolf...but I did the purity quest and cleansed myself. This all started sort of randomly- I had become a werewolf, got the wolf armor, and went back to the main quest for a while. I gave Lydia elven armor at the Thalmor Embassy and whoosh...she morphed into this wolf hybrid thing before my eyes. After that I tried all of the things in my original post to fix her to no avail. If I fire her I find her in Breezehome in her old original armor with bare feet (if I took everything away from her) but as soon as she follows me out the front door...wolf thing.

How are other people reacting towards her? I assume travelling between the Thalmor Embassy and Mzinchalet you encounted other people?

Not a word. She must look normal to the rest of the world. I don't think she's actually a werewolf...just looks like one to me for some reason.

We even got married with her looking like this. I was hoping that would fix her...and it did...till we stepped out of the temple.

Well let me tell you...if you ever met a Jacob in Skyrim. Or maybe you haven't even met him yet. It is possible Lydia fell in love with him and he turned her to a Werewolf. Quite common in Skyrim really...married men/women, getting bored of their lover and finding someone else. Just be glad you didn't marry that woman from Riverwood! That one elf always visits her...

Try turning her to a vampire. Us Edward fans sometimes need to force vampirism upon others...
