So I just picked up the Mage Armor perk in Alteration which doubles my stoneflesh effectiveness if I'm not wearing light/heavy armor.

I had to take off my light armor gloves and boots in order for the perk to take effect and now I'm wondering if there are any cloth pieces that can replace them.
I'm currently running around barefoot and the tapping of my elf feet is somewhat annoying.

I've seen lots of dress shoes and other non armor shoes. I haven't noticed gloves yet.

Yep, it may take a little looking around, but there are non-armor boots and gloves in the game. I think I just found mine through random loot of enemies and out of dungeons, but I'm guessing you can also find them on merchants.

Well good to know they exist, ill keep my eyes open.

I have foound a LOT of Fur shoes around. Didn't check if they are armour though. They seem to be on everyone's feet!

The fur shoes actually are armor.

Finally made my way up to Solitude and found a shop there that sells a lot of clothing and jewelry. My feet are warm once more.

Dark Brotherhood has a whole set of cloth stuff for mages =D
