Don't think this is a spoiler, since the perk trees have been around for a while.
Can one cast any level (eg. Restoration) spell regardless of level as long as one has enough magika?
The perk trees only seem to say that at eg. level 50 you can cast adept restoration spells at half the magika. Does that mean you can cast adept level spells before level 50 at full magika?
