Was added in 1.6, so some don't have that yet. I think it was said this patch prepares for the DLC, probably for the 360 beta testers this and next week.

It's for beta testers to put in their code once the codes are e-mailed. That, and so they don't have to update again when it hits the 26th.

I think just an option that allows you to enter dlc codes or just shows the dlc you have installed.

I hope you're wrong. Due to the Xbox's inability to have Creation Kit, I was really hoping Bethesda would maybe make a list of approved mods/content and allow them to be free downloadable content or something.

Not gonna happen. They would have to choose mods which isn't easy. They'd have to test them to make sure they weren't damaging. Most wouldn't work on console anyway. Basically if you want mods get a PC.

It's for bug testing, not an early gift to a select few.
