Okay, so I am at the quest where you get the horn and show it to argneir. I showed it and need to learn the last version of the word of power. trouble is, I cannot do it because of argneir being a broken npc. All he does is stand still and say that i need to speak to haglar or something to learn it. but it wont learn if he wont help doing it. So I continue my quest with delphine. Now I have to speak with argneir again about another shout. problem is that he is still not doing anything and still saying to learn the word of power. so the new quest issnt even registered in him. Now i could load an earlier file of when i was level 12 but I do not really want to do that since My charecter is now level 45 with allot of high skills. not to forget all the secondary progress i made on other quests 4 of them are 100 and several are in the 80. I have great legendary deadric and dragon armour. so please if anybody knows if this is going to be fixed or
know a fix about this. because this is very frustrating.

After speaking to the first Greybeard, another comes into the hall and he is the one that gives you the shout after a short wait and bit of dialogue, did you only try to talk to the first Greybeard?

It's possible the word -giver was stood behind you waiting to be noticed.

Or you did something that broke the quest somehow.

I spoke to all of them. but the weird thing is i still have the horn in my inventory and I am done talking to arngeir. the rest is all gathered around the place where there is supposed to be a summoning so i can learn the word. and all of them just bow and move their arms and go back to standing when i press X to talk. and arngeir himself is stood somewhere else saying the same thing.

Well, it appears the game decided that you are not the Dragonborn. Tough luck!

Happened to me too, what i did and it worked, for 2 quest i thought broken, i saved the game(after talking to arngeir) then i shut off the PS3, waited 30sec, then start the PS3, the game, loaded my game, talk to arngeir and it worked.

Dunno if i was lucky, but it worked with 2 differents quest( Main Quest ... other one was with SPOILER ALERT But after i did what i just said, both worked, so i hope it will work for you.

Now, BETH if you please, fix the damn framerate......

thanks for the tip, Fortunately it still doesnt work, since I have this bug for almost a real life week now. and also on the framerate, dear god its like watching a friggin slideshow of pictures.
