In this I get to a point where I have to talk to a guy behind a closed door, which is located in ratway, when I talk to him and convinces her to let me in, the door does not open, and I can not continue the quest.

I already tried to load a previous save, or restart the game, but the bug persists.

I have the same problem and i'm trying to reinstall the game to see if it works but if it don't I WILL BE VEREY ANGRY !
Reinstalling it did not work .
