Uninstall the game from your HDD and run it straight from the disc. There are several other posts in the forum about a glitch with the 360 drawing images correctly. A patch is in the works.

i fixed it already. i went out the door. and came back in. and that seemed to have fixed that issue. just not the texture. that didnt change when i tried it like this.
