Major problem in College of Winterhold

Dragon attacking right in middle of excursion. Is this supposed to be so? Because if it's random encounter its breaking the introduction of mage guild script.

Nope, that's a random attack.

Damn, that's svcks. Anybody know what's the kill command in console? "Kill" and "sethealth 0" isnt working.
