It could have something to do with the Civil war, E.g Stormcloaks=Jarl of Solitude
Empire = Jarl of Windhelm.

Meh?......idk from the vids ive seen with stealth kills in them, i would have to call BS on that. Oblivion had next to no stealth imho, but the the skyrim stealth kills show you actually knifing someone in the back with one dagger and slicing their throats with another. I felt like it was pretty badass

True, and I have heard repeatedly that they've worked on stealth.

Still, once bitten, twice shy and all that. Fool me once... Then I need to see it to believe it. For all I know the narrator didn't use stealth properly or was low level. For all I know the claims of improved stealth are just empty claims. The videos may have been very selectively chosen, or they may be par for the course. Hard to say. I'm getting the game, so I guess I won't worry about it right now and just see how it comes.
