Hi all first post, i felt this bug completely ruined the game for me. I'm 38 hours in best game of my life, problem is now i want to complete the thieves guild. They won't give me the final quest for makarath and heres why.
First of all i did the main story and favored stormcloak for makarath. 2nd i did a quest in makarath and was sent to the cigma mines where i escaped. Quest complete it says and i was pardoned. However now everytime i go into makarath guards will tell me to stop and go through the whole spiel. Now the problem is when i choose any of the options such as i submit take me to jail, they'll say you'll pay for your crimes, then it brings me back to the the options for submit me to jail. It is completely stuck, ive tried bribing even got the perk to bribe guards and it doesn't work. They are just stuck there telling me ill pay for my crimes, i cant be sent to jail and i can't bribe them away. This in turn affects my thieves guild cause now ive literally done since the last special job 20+ small jobs and haven't unlocked the next job, and im just giving up. So any help is appreciated.
