Make dungeons into homes?

This is just an idea. What if, now bear with me here. What if, you could clear a dungeon or camp, and then through some option or something, claim it as a home. You could recruit 1 or 2 guards, your spouse could live there blah blah blah. Let's say I take over Valtheim Towers. Let's say I bought a door bar from some merchant and put it on the door to the tower thats on the road. That would be an example of a upgrade. Or another would be a new masonry upgrade (very expensive, 8000 gold range), this would fill in all the chunks and holes in the walls with new stonework. Guards could be simple followers, you go recruit them, and tell them to stay in a specific spot, only they never leave. Maybe they could even be told to just stay in the camp and they'll just wander around. But, to have guards you need to have atleast a bedroll for each, and a firepit. Maximum of four or five guards. You could get upgrades like beds or cabinets and door bars, so scumbags can't get in. No display cases or maniquins though you're out in the wild not in your prissy city manor. For gaming limits you would only be able to have one of these bases, and there would have to be a size limit so no taking over blackreach. What do you think? Personally I would take over either Valtheim towers or a small cave. Any other REALISTIC upgrades you guys can think of?

Sounds difficult to do but not impossible. They could pick like 10 or more dungeons and add a option. I think it would be neat to have a custom house that you fought for.

Definitely sounds cool maybe for future Skyrim dlc lol. I just think it would hard to incorporate in with so many other players, player housing just seems...unrealistic. Something I am interested in is a hardcoe pvp server that uses world pvp and its always "on". Players can kill of be killed, gain all the enemies loot or lose your own. Kind of like the "wilderness" in Runescape except everywhere. Only problem would be ganking, level 50's coming and killing level 10's not for the purpose of gaining anything worth while but making it difficult for them to level without decent gear.

Sounds like a great idea... for an SPRPG.
