My testers are reporting that the lvl ambush bandits I use are constantly respawning.
I looked at the actors by double clicking on them, and even looking at their edit properties, and the respawn button is unchecked and greyed out.
I couldn't set it to respawn if I tried.

1) Any idea why they are respawning?
2) How can I stop them from respawning?

Is this one of those - you have to go through all the hoops to make it clearable per radiant questing - kind of things, or is there another way?
