Maybe you could help, I wanted to make Dunmer battle mage but mainly focus on mage, however once I found out Werewolves were in I wanted to make a straight Werewolf character. I kinda feel like a Dunmer battle mage doesn't fit a Werewolf so I was thinking of making a Nord warrior for a Werewolf char. However I'm not sure if we can stay in beast form for as long as we want or if it's timed so I'm wondering if I should make my starter character the Dunmer just in case that doesnt happen.

I'll give you mine to try if you like, I've done it already, but maybe you could balance the perks for a variation of the one I did.

Female
Dunmer

Assassin-Thief-Illusionist-Conjurer-Poisoner
  • Mainly a sneak up and stab you with my bound dagger sort of girl, resorting to dual wielding for longer lasting battles with two bound daggers or short swords depending on how daggers work.
  • Using illusion magic to control crowds when needed or to help disappear if overwhelmed.
  • Don't planned on using summons so conjuration is mainly just for the bound weapons.
  • Will probably be murdering a fair bit of innocent people just for kicks or their flat.
  • Would like to be able to poison people via pickpocket, and also applying poisons to weapons so possibly some alchemy would be useful.
  • Pretty good with speech, although probably not liked by most, but at least able to sway guards into not being arrested.
  • Possibly using a Bow for hunting and where situation calls for it(again Conjured Bow)
  • Wearing brotherhood armor most likely or some other light armor.
Any more info needed?

-----

Side note, has any created a excel document with all the perks? I think I saw a screenie of someones build via excel.

I've been doing just paper, but it can become overwhelming and repetitive. And my hand keeps cramping.

Any character can be an archer , but if you want both archer warrior I'd go with an Orc. Another good one would be a Breton. With their conjuration bonus u can use arrows swords and conjuring to distract the enemy while u shoot arrows at them.

Nord warrior one handed or two handed sword.

Maybe you can help me with race, and more specifics? So I thought it would be fun to make a character that can do everything on their own. So they would have high smithing, alchemy, enchanting skills. I also obviously need some kind of fighting skill, so I was thinking either destruction or one-handed, but I wouldn't necessarily mind a bow too much, provided I can craft one. Then probably light armor, as I do intend to do some magic, and it's less restricting. Illusion for the sole reason that it makes me feel all-powerful as well as being my favorite skill. Now my race would be either Khajiit, Argonian, or Bosmer simply because I like them the best. I suppose I should tell you I tend to pick Argonian for my first char in the other TES games I've played. I like their underwater breathing and disease/poison resistance, but it seems Bosmer got the disease/poison this time around. Also, I like the command animal the Bosmer start with, and yes I know any mage with Illusion skills can do it, but flavor is important to me and the most flavor comes from a Bosmer calling an animal to its aid. Khajiit are just cool, but if I go that route, I'll have to change some things because I'd go unarmed, so pick up heavy armor instead of light for the gauntlet perk and stuff like that. Mostly, I'm just looking for a decision on race and whether my skills seem sound. Also, I'm not too set on light armor so if you think of a skill that you think would work better, that'd be cool, or if you think it's a good choice, that'd be cool too.

Altmer is a good choose but those I think are better.

Heavy armor. As a main warrior u will be close combat.

Fish is my friend seems like u got it.

Argonian with:

Illusion
Conjuration or destruction
Sneak
One handed
Light armor

Thanks! Do you think sneak is necessary though? Or optional? I tend not to be very good at stealthy characters...

Mmmm... is this some kind of "Tell me your liking and I'll tell you wich perks should you get first"?

If so, here I go hehe:

I'm gonna be a breton, and I'm gonna be an assassin. I love being a assassin but don't like bows, I love to be a thief, but I'm not the kind of using a small dagger, and I love being a mage, but I'm not using any summoning; I'd use to LOVE Mysticism, if that helps, and I don't use to go up the Restoration skill in TES 3 and 4... Does that help? Is that a viable character avoiding being a fully shieled warrior?

P.S.: my appologies for any misspelling.

Edit: I almost forgot; I'll go enchanting all the way up almost for sure. Being an enchanter was one of the funniest things in Morrowind for me.
