Here's what I'm trying to do:

1. How do I make a bed so that I own it so that I can get the well-rested perk?
2. How do I make sure that a cell won't respawn and delete any items I've left on the floor?
3. I made a bunch of containers using weapon/other item meshes (I like doing that in my Elder Scrolls games). However, I now have the ability to fling them around, meaning the whole organization thing just went out the door. How do I prevent this?
4. Is there a script or mod so that if I point my cursor at a book I've already read and hit E it just picks it up instead of opening it first? I'm a pack rat and I just pick up and keep everything I run across.
