Manually slow down time?

Is it possible to manually slow down time? Perhaps toggle it on and off? Not unlike the slow time mod in Morrowind .. Forget the actual name of it.

You don't mean timescale right? In Fallout entering 'sgtm X' into the console, x being the time multiplyer (So 1 is normal speed, .5 is half, etc) you could control the speed of time. Though that controlled all game time, including the player actions, unlike time slowing in Skyrim where the player still functions normally.

That is exactly what I am looking for. I have the shout.. But what I am looking for is what you described.. I want to slow everything down without the blue tint..

Thanks :)

Console: sgtm 0.01 for an ultra slo-motion :)

Edit: I should have read the whole thread...

I also discovered that you can even do sgtm 0 and freeze time. However, it can be buggy at times.. Good for taking action screenshots :)
