if marcus is in fallout new vegas he will live with other super mutants or he will be a lone hunter who kills anybody on site???

We don't know.

But Marcus lived peacefully with humans, super mutants and ghouls in Broken Hills so I don't see why he should attack people on sight or just live amongst super mutants.

Him being a "lone hunter" killing anything on sight would be extremely out of character for him. Like, extremely out of character. Why would they hire back Michael Dorn for a character that will just shoot you? Expect him to be friendly.

Marcus prolly got bored in his previous town and moved somewhere else to do his sheriffing-companioning job. This, or he's working for the Mojave Mafia's Don Mutantone
