Ok so heres my problem;

After i finished the murder quest in the city of Markarath the guards glitched on me. Everytime I enter the city they stop me. I try to bribe them, persuade them, and tell them it wasn't me but that never works. So i give in and say bring me to jail. Well after the guard agrees to bring me to jail he doesn't. It just loops to saying "whats the problem" and after i select that it gives me the jail and bribe options again. If i try to cancel the "whats the problem" screen another guard right behind me confronts me and says the same stuff. Thus making it impossible to pay off my bounty. They only thing i can do is run away from the guards making it impossible to doing anything in the city.

I just wanted everyone to be aware of this bug because its really annoying and needs to be fixed.

Similar problem here with that quest.

Although I only get the bug if I enter the shrine of talos.

I think it's best if everyone avoids that quest until it's fixed in a patch.

Did you finish that chain attacking the guards and killing em?

I have the exactly same bug but in PS3. It's damn annoying and really distracts me from bothering to complete any tasks in the city. Please fix it in the next patch.

Same here - I got around 5 quests in Markarath now - all stuck due to not being able to get into city without being attacked by guards - at level 40 they really dont damage me very much TBH this is important city for loads of questlines - please get this patched quickly - started to get annoying when your stuck half way into questlines on many quests due to this looping from said guards.
