Marking stuff to [L] and [R] handed? : V

I cant mark anything to left or right handed?, is it something screwed up as the [Favorite[....i rely think they have screwed up the hole binding in this game...there is no logic in it what so ever!
They let us re bind keys, but if we do that it seems like everything gets screwed up big time...is there any fix/mod to correct this now so irritating thing??

I just started the game and i cant figure out how should i choose quik keys

EDIT: No good, i want to be able to use the keys i want to use.
