I Have this really annoying bug where Farkas (Companions Guild) sent me on a Quest in which I must Kill a Bandit leader in a Bandit Hideout. The location of the quest was "Knife Point Ridge" at first Bandits never spawned for some reason and this was fixed due to the 1.6 patch (Thanks) but now Bandits spawn and there's no Bandit Leader/chief spawning. The Objective arrow/marker is within the mine and it's just pointing on the ground. I cleared the cave and there's no Leader/Chief whatsoever. I play on console and this is very annoying for I cannot progress and complete the Companions Questline on my Main File. I've made a few secondary files where I just complete the Companions so see how it ends.

In Skyrim I married Muiri from Markarth. I wanted to find a new spouse so I Divorced her the Skyrim way (Killed her). People say that you're supposed to receive and inheritance letter from a courier stating that they're sorry for your loss here's some inheritance gold from the will. Yeah....I never got that
Now I'm stuck and can't re-marry anyone else because I never got that letter. 
If Bethesda could address this bugs through any small title update or even through the new upcoming Hearthfire DLC that would be awesome and I would be totally obliged to Bethesda. I know I can't be possibly the only one in the entire world who plays skyrim with at least one of these issues.
Thank you for your time in reading this. I really hope Bethesda can't read this or somehow get realization of these annoying bugs.
