Marriage, and Divorce!

Hello community, as the title suggests, I'm wondering if there is any divorce options in the game, or any way of remarrying?
Thanks in advance!

There is a unique item called. "The Judge" that enables you do divorce your "partner". Of course it generally ends in the other party lying in a pool of their own blood on the floor. But, since you'll most likely divorce at night you could say it was an accident that ended up in a drunken rage and you don't remember how, "The Judge" ended up protruding out of your partner's back.

Does it allow you to remarry though? I've read via google searches that Bethesda has somewhere said that killing your spouse doesn't allow you to remarry?
Wow, just saying that makes me feel civilized.

As long as there are no witnesses, sure, I guess you could remarry.

You do realize I'm joking right? I have no idea if you can remarry after being divorced. My copy of Skyrim is still sitting on my bedroom floor with Battlefield 3 and my new computer is still sitting in a partially constructed case on my desk in a non-working fashion until I can get the video card and complete building my case. So, in effect, I haven't played Skyrim yet.

Most of the women Ive seen so far look like they have been on the receiving end of a few divorces already.

Found your answer OP, it was on page 4...or 5, I don't remember.

Apparently, my joking wasn't far off on the whole divorce thing. Only way out of your nuptuals is...well..to kill your wife/husband. Unfortunately..you can not remarry. But, if you are willing to murder your wife/husband in the first place why in the hell would you want to remarry?

"Nag, nag, nag, nag!!"

"THAT'S IT!! IMMA KILL YOU!!!"
