Marriage bug? : V

I've worn the amulet, asked the girl I wish to marry to marry me, and went to the temple for the ceremony.

Alright, dawn to dusk you say?

6am-8am no one there but the priests of mara...

8am-10am Same....

10am...on the dot, a group of people enters the ceremony.

Instantly I get a FAILED: Attend your wedding ceremony. message...

The girl i wished to marry won't speak to me, and theres a dead Narfi on the floor of the Chapel...

I've seen a video of this bug. It was actually one of the gaming websites during a live feed so it made it extra funny (and sad).

It's a bug. I know others have had it. I do not know what you can do about it.

Perhaps check out the Hardware/Software issues forums here and do a search: http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/forum/180-pc/

Someone might have had the same issue.

Because there's nothing you can do. Game glitched. Some people get a dead Lydia, you got someone else. There's nothing you can do about it (except reload a previous save), and thus nothing we can do for you.

Look up the Skyrim wikia dude,theres a crapload of bugs and glitches going on right now with Marriage and the Amulet of Mara.

Not much we can do to help other then tell you the games glitched currently and to wait for a patch.

happened to me, a companion i once had that died because she likes to step in the way of my arrows shows up at my wedding and everyone hates me, nothing you can do about it

I think that is a bug that'll be patched pretty quick. I hope so at least. If for no other reason than it was made extremely public through live media.

Im a very shallow person and she's the only one I found remotely good looking, Everyone else either looks like they have down syndrome or their face is covered in hideous war paint.

Just an update

I fixed the bug, by dragging Narfis corpse through the chapel, down the stairs to the cellar, and leaving him in the darkest corner I could find.

Hiding a corpse never felt so good ^-^

Same happened to me, it was incredibly funny. Seeing a nearly nvde woman on the floor and everyone angry at me cracked me up.

I don't think you can get married if you had a companion that died.
