So on a couple of my characters I decided it's time to marry them off. I do the whole thing and everything goes fine until the actual marriage ceremony. After my spouse responds to Maramal's question, everything completely stops. I regain control of my character but nothing happens, and if I try to talk to Maramal I just get the message "This person is busy". I'm literally only able to fail the quest, either by leaving or attacking or stealing or whatever. Nothing seems to work, not even using console commands.

Needless to say this is pretty frustrating, so does anyone know either how I can fix it or how I can work around it? I've been having this sort of glitch ever since the 1.7 patch in other quests, such as the Mage Guild joining quest (Tolfdir) and Meridia's quest not working properly, but at least with those quests I could screw around with advancequeststage and the like.
