Are there new marriage options in Solstheim?If yes,how does it work,is there a new marriage temple there,or the NPC needs to travel to Skyrim?

From what I hear it's just a couple Nords you can marry.

Yes, in Raven Rock. I don't know, but I'm assuming you can't have a marriage seremony there.
