Please, she wants a real man.
If there's any more vampiric women to marry, you can have one of them ;)

The DLC adds no new marriage options.

Your current wife can be turned into one, however.

Guess I better find a good wife then. After I end the tyranny of the sun, ofcourse.

No, you can't marry Serana. (Threads will start getting spammed asking for this. Bethesda will eventually give up and allow it/add it/fix it, like they did for Lydia.)

Just be warned that she may become possessed by Zuul for a day or two. My wife turned inexplicably evil.

Lydia was always a marriable option, there was a bug preventing the NPC from actually initiating the marriage option. Bethesda didn't go back in and make her marriable from being unmarriable; she was marriable from the start.

Exactly. I'm afraid it is what it is. There will bee no additional changes. Especially if her Voice Actor had no dialog for when you actually married her. If that is indeed the case, then it will never happen.

Back off! She's mine!

I fell in love with that character.

Adding Lydia was not adding a feature, it was fixing a bug. All the official guides said she was supposed to be available (like all the other housecarls). There are others we would love Bethesda to add to the list, but they have not added a single one.
