Should be a chapel hidden someplace for if you want to marry a bandit so you wont have your spouse killed when your about to be married.How about giving the player options to strip the groom or bride to be who would be a bandit of all negative factions and every other faction so they would be a clean slate and no one would attack them hopefully and once married they would share factions with the other person so both parties are on equal terms. I am asking this as I wanted to marry a female bandit and had found out that I could but she kept getting killed at the mara temple and she was perfect for me but would love to find a way to make it so no one will attack anyone in the temple or make it that the temple is a anti aggro zone where you cant fight or anything inside but once outside the temple its fair game and could probably fit with the male or female vampires too!

Try casting Calm on a bandit, then they might treat you like any other marryable NPC.
