Marrying SerenaConvince Serena to turn Human

Post » Sun Nov 18, 2012 6:54 pm

During my playthrough during the beta phase. Nobody seemed to be able to get Serena to say "yes."

But we were very few, and now there are millions of people playing Dawnguard now. If anyone can tell me how to get Serena to marry you. That'd be great.

I'm currently trying to have every dialogue option with her and choose all the nice options. And I'm not sure if you must choose the Dawnguard side or not. But there is a specific set of options you must choose to convince Serena to turn back into a human.

I'm also glad if anyone can tell me how to do these things.

No you can't marry her.

Are you sure? It's a shame having a character that has a well developed personality and being unable to marry her. It's even hinted that she has a thing for you, what makes you so sure?

1. Don't ask about curing her Vampirism from the beginning if she say's "Didn't you ask me this once already" then you messed up.
2. Be nice in every conversation with her.
3. You have to side with the Dawnguard.
4. Wait until after you defeat Harkon then ask her about it and she will eventually say "I have to do this alone i heard Falion in Morthal deals with this kind of thing" she will then head off without you.
5.She should return in to Fort dawnguard in 3-5 days.

Dang, then I screwed up. I already asked her about it. And I'm a vampire. Whelp, better restart my character then.

Yeah i did multiple play-through's to find that. Also if your a vampire you can't cure her regardless. :(

I wish but no such luck. I have not been able to find a combination of conversation's that allows you to marry Serana.

Do what I did...give her some improved foresworn armor (smith it past royal vamp armor so she'll equip it) and smith a diamond ring. Give it to her in the Forgotten Vale...Mmmmmmm

I also gave Ingjard at the DG fort my saviors hide...the fort is becoming my own bunny-ranch :)

do you by chance know when the first chance you ask her is? i'm willing to reload but my save only goes back to where you choose between vampire and human from harkon. is that far back enough?
