so in order to get to skuldafn you have to do the quest world-eaters eyrie which i have already done and now cant regain access to Skuldafn to get the mask. Anyway to regain access without riding Odahviing the dragon there??

No it's a one time trip. If you want the mask that bad then start over, sorry.
