Mass Enchant the same item type several times at once?

Post » Sat Jun 16, 2012 6:06 pm

Hi

My enchanting is maxed out and I have been practically enchanting any daggers I come across with Banish and Absorb health and sell them for around 700 ~ 1000 gold
recently I made like 50 Iron Daggers to spend all the Iron Ingots I had saved up
It would be seriously tedious to enchant those 50 daggers one by one
so is there a way to like enchant 50 iron daggers with 50 common soul gems and the same enchantments at once?

Are there any Mods that do such things????

PS: I ain't lazy or anything, but just looking for a mod that has this feature so it saves a lot of time

Vanilla, no. I can't think of a mod that does that either.

There was a mod that removed enchanting restrictions on Steam Workshop so you could enchant anything you want on any item, but I don't know about same enchantments twice.

No there isn't, not even with mods. Theoratically you could remove the items through the console and then add them again with another console command, but this won't give you the experience you want, and if you just want the money then there are easier commands to get it.

Alternatively you could also add the experience through another command but just calculating the exact amount of experience you would get might be tedious business and take more time then just enchanting the things. (I have to admit however, I have no idea how much experience one enchanting action gives you)

Maybe they purposely left it as tedious to discourage skill-grinding?

Not saying that necessarily what OP is doing, or that was deffo beth's intent. Just throwing an idea into the mix.

Yeah, you are going to get your experience and gold eventually anyway, right? You can give yourself cash and experience with console commands. It will also save you time selling them.

player.advskill enchanting 10000000000000000000
player.additem f 1000000000000000000000000000

Heck, you are going to get awesome weapons and armor anyway, right?

No No My enchanting was maxed out long time ago (mostly from disenchanting stuff so now I have all the enchantments there are, and I did grind)
but I was just asking around if there was a "shortcut" so I could make money easier
but since there's no such thing I have to do one by one then :/

Thanks for helping me out
