Massive save files [PS3]

Post » Thu May 10, 2012 6:51 pm

I've played around 35 hours so far, and my save file is around 7MB already - this is a pretty big save file and kind of worrying. My Oblivion save (125 hours and a lot of stuff placed in my Skingrad house) is only around 5MB. Thing is, I remember that the bigger the file the more unstable it is and my Fallout 3 save with all the DLC is like 15MB and the game barely runs anymore...

I put down £130 on this game and I don't want it to stop running... should I be worried?

It's a bigger game, has better graphics and alot more going on in it then Oblivion does, so no, that sounds normal if anything ^_^

Yeah, i share the worry with both of you, my save file is like 6 MB, but i think a apatch could address that?

No, it's not normal :( Because save files aren't meant to get larger and larger everytime (not at that rate, at least).

EDIT: I have the old 80GB PS3, it runs well for a few hours and then starts to stutter and stuff...i pray that a patch could address the situation, is it possible?
