I've built heljarchen winstad and lakeview but I haven't received any trophy I tried building three wings on all houses but heljarchen won't allow me to add wings it says I have them already and when I went to Winstad I was given then option to build three wings additional wings to it

You have to build all three houses with all three wings to get the achievement. If there was some bug that prevented that, you are either going to have to get rid of some mods (PC version) or try a complete reinstall of everything on the PS3, delete the DLC, patch and game and reinstall them in the opposite order. Game, update with the patch then install all the DLC, and start with a savefile you did not have Hearthfire on, since your savefile is likely carrying the bug. Do not ever add wings for some other house from some workbench not on that property, no matter what some bug tells you can be done.
