I've the same problem. I can't obtain this damn trophy with my version of the game (PS3 Euro - buy in Belgium).
And I don't alone to have that.

Others member of a gaming community has sending you a mail to know why there's no solution for the moment.
And the answer of your service is very shocking.

Rumor???
Except for the UK version, all others Euro versions can't unlock this trophy/achievement.
And that, It isn't a rumor, it's a truth.
I don't think that's so hard to find a solution to fix it. (Automatic unlocking the Trophy for example)

ive got an american english version of the game and I cant get the damn achievment, i look into the stats and ive got bountys higher than 1000 in each hold but Windhelm doesnt appears there, and every time I kill someone there i get bounty for east march even when im inside windhelm damn I guess ill have to use that lil program to unlock achievments

Bethesda is now aware for a while of this issue concerning this achievement. However they don't seem to want to communicate about a possible fix.

For 2012, I personnaly decide to sent them an email, asking a fix.
As long they don't do anything about it, I will keep sending the same email each day.

If, like me, you are stuck with 98% completion of your trophies/achievement, I invite you to do the same.

I'd like to confirm the detailed crime stats page is missing on french retail - It only displays global crime stats and none of the location names where you get bounties does appear so the related achievement is obvioulsy screwed

So Bethesda ,it would be great to solve this REAL bug ,just test a non UK release to admit that please !

Spanish version has the same BUG. Fix it ! or many people won't buy Skyrim if they can't get all achievements.

I have a solution for you all!

Go in steam -> library -> The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim -> proporties -> language - and change it to english
Then some updates be downloading. After that run your Skyrim and do the achievement. Everything should work properly and you should get your achievement. Altough there's one problem. When I tried switching the language back to my national some error appeared that I acctually can't play Skyrim in my language ever again ;/ I will try fixing that problem soon. Have you got any ideas?

Since this is the "Xbox 360-Section" of this board, this is NO solution at all. It might work for PC tho, but for Xbox (and PS3 as well) there's no workaround or solution available atm.

The bounty values are still not listed separately for all non-english versions and - so I suggest - the bounties are not calculated/count separately, which voids the achievement.

We simply have to wait for Bethesda to fix this bug...

the only "solution" for ps3 and xbox is a patch ...hope will fix before of may (please bethesda)

the problem is in the statistics of the menu "crimes" the game dont add you the bount in the city of 9 hold so the trophy cant pop up
in fact in the UK version in the "crime" menu when you do a crime in es:falkreath will appear in statistic the name of falkreath and the total bount of falkreath this does not happen in all other version of skyrim :/

I love this game and now i can't get 100% because of this bug (how did this happen in all localizations in the first place o.O)

True, I have the same problem. It's my last missing achievement and I am starting Skyrim every day to see if another patch arrived that maybe resolved the error.
Some comments mentioned that the non English versions have an overall value for the crimes statistic, while for the English version the crime statistics is separated for each province.
Why would Bethesda do that?
Why change an existing feature for localized versions?
This does not seem to be necessary.
However, really hope they fix this soon.

I play my game in spanish and I have the same problem with this throphy, it does not show up... please fix it, I really want this platinum, Skyrim is one of my favorite games of all times.

Mine too is xbox italian version.
I don't have detailed bounties for each hold, and can't have master criminal achievement.
It's disappointing you can't resolve this problem quickly..
