Master must change.

I don t know if i m alone on this.

But i m played expert just for the feeling then switched to Master...

Result boredoom, or maybe too much expectation from me.

I was expecting an increase in opponent damage, a little increase in HP, and a far slower mana, health and stamina for us. Maybe a decrese in potion effectiveness.
Was also expecting lesser gold, lesser randomic items, increse in weight of all items so we can carry less.

Instead i got a awesome increase in opponent HP.
This doesn t augment dificulty but it result in boredoom, and far worse immersion break.
Seeing someone run around with 10 arrows in the body and 3 of them in the end make me rage.

I prefer to be nerfed than to see godlike behavior all around the game.

As a result i got back to ecpert, its easy but al least its more plausible.

I hope someone can do something in this direction.

If you feel that your HP is too high, quit upgrading it when you level and put it into fatigue instead. I agree that Master gives them too much HP and therefor I toggle between Master/Expert from time to time depending on what's going on. I have 200hp naturally, Im level 24 and I feel that I have too much HP against some opponents who cannot hurt me much at all, and too little against others who can kill me in one-shot, like Giants.

In Morrowind, and pretty sure Oblivion, all the difficulty setting did was make you do less damage and the enemy do more damage. Which is just as bad if not worse.

Not it wasnt that way it was enormous boost in ennemies HP.

Its not about having to much HP, its about the relation between weapon and damage. And the easyness to evolve in the game, I can make a lot of easy coin, take my level one perk to smithing and outsit a warrior in fine steel before picking any dungeon, right out of the forst part of the game.

But of course i could forsake the health upgrade. As i could stop looting like a tard, which i wouldn t do in reality.

Some ennemies are easely squashed, but this is due to the no level scaling which is great.

As for giants, i m in a mixed position, your not much bigger than a basketball, so yeah they should be training homeruns with humanoid races. But i understand the frustration in some people.

Was only referring to the past games. So far I've found Skyrim to be too easy, but I haven't gone back in yet to try the harder difficulties. From what your describing, that might be even more frustrating.

Would be far more complex but also great to see the AI improve at higher difficulties as well, not just base stats like health or how hard you/they hit.

The same argument could made (and has been made) that dragons should be able to do that to you as well. They aren't exactly Mary Lou Rettons. Honestly if I get smacked by a dragon, I fully expect to go sailing... kinda like what happens when a giant hits you.
