Matching set - Heavy armor

Matching set - 25% additional armor

It doesn't work for me. I just recently noticed it, on my second heavy armor character. My current armor rating on my 30-ish warrior is 457, but I didn't get no extra armor by purchasing this perk. I have Ebony set with Ebony mail armor (I thought that might be the problem, but it isn't). I tried with Blades's armor, I have full matching set, but still no additional armor by perk. Basicly, it doesn't work for -any- set, matching or not. Tried combination with shields aswell. Nothing.

I assume this is perhaps well known by many, but not by me. I googled this issue but nobody has any constructive feedback at all. Anyone has any ideas/tips/explanation?

Well by -any- set I ment on those for my level. Tried Ebony, Blades, even Dwarven. I also do have Iron armor set for loling around and looking like real Dovahkiin, but that is about it. So, no, didn't try Steel armor, I suppose it is my mistake for saying -any-, but there, 4 sets who don't get anything from perks. And it says heavy, not any specific one.

Ok, you tried it with dwarven....the reason I asked was I "thought" I heard ebony was bugged with matching set perk, and I know others have had problems getting it with faction armor...maybe post this in 360 bug forum

Ebony is bugged. I've heard that too.

However, I'm sure I've used this perk with other sets before...
If you put on all your iron armour except for the helm, check the stats of each piece that you're wearing.
Now don the helm and check each piece. I'm sure I've seen that this increases the stats...

If not, definitely report it.

Aye, it does work now as itended. Like jslayer mentioned above, together with you, Ebony, no matter how badass it looks, is unfortunately bugged r so, but everything else works fine now.
